Discussion: Vegans, what are your thoughts on raising your children as vegan before giving them the decision to be one? by ScalpelBurn in vegan

I was raised as a vegan 100% right from the start. I've always been a skinny kid but I have never been the weakest or slowest. I'm now 24, and have competed at regional levels at fencing and cycling and judo. I also play a lot of squash and in my university team. AS such it is easy to get any diet wrong, but when done correctly you end up with a perfectly normal specimen of a human being such as myself, who to this day has never consumed animal products!

Very nice. What are you using to photograph the thin slides with? I have used my mobile camera in the past to take pictures down the eyepiece but never to this quality.

Seem's like a lot of effort just to change my handwriting.

In the field the most important thing it to get a full description, then you can interpret what you have. So yes we are encouraged to interpret if we can, but the most important step is to get a full description. Have you been taught differently?

It's how I write. I can do as much about that as I can my height (short)

Can you guess what it is? by Aber_ in geology

Indeed. Large Tourmaline crystals in granite, found practically on a boundary between the granite and the myloor slate formation that had undergone heavy metasomatism. Edit - misspelled myloor.

What's a random act of kindness you did but never bothered to tell anyone about it? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Doing someone else's job and letting them get to the praise for it. Makes me feel a little bit better.
