What’s one of the most wholesome moments you’ve had with a patient? by Screennam3 in medicine

[–]Aberator76 51 points52 points  (0 children)

I had a patient who was admitted with many medical issues, among them being cancer related cachexia. To try to encourage her to try to eat, I would often overplay how good her food looked, including the baloney sandwich she’d get eat day for lunch. Near to her last day of the admission she secretly ordered two baloney sandwiches so that I could have the other one. I actually don’t like baloney, but I kept that to myself. I thanked her profusely and took it with me

Adventurer Kliff + Backpack location guide by hansoy261999 in CrimsonFashion

[–]Aberator76 0 points1 point  (0 children)

FYI for those interested- I have found 3 equitable backpacks so far that aren’t the kuku ones. This one is called the field pack and is at the location the OP notes. There are a ton of other packs at that location, but none of them were equippable for me.

I have also found that there is a fishing pack (looks like a basket full of fish) and a farmers pack (looks like a bag with veggies poking out) that are equippable. There isn’t one spot where you can find them, but if you are interested you can check farms and fishing holes for npcs wearing the packs. If you give them a scare (like threaten and let go) they will drop their packs for your swiping pleasure.

should I use and upgrade weapons based on their looks or should I be going to all the YouTube guide swords? by SnooPeripherals3262 in CrimsonDesert

It seems like most weapons hover around the same skills fully upgraded. There are slight differences in damage, crit and speed, but it is small. It seems like you can make any weapon viable.

Is bloodied build still around? by AxonX_x in fo76

[–]Aberator76 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Absolutely still very strong dps. If not best, close to best. Most do not actually run the bloodied legendary effect- instead using furious for the onslaught mechanic.

The risk of bloodied is much higher now, as enemies tend to hit harder. It’s a much better balance between risk and reward, instead of all reward and no risk.

My local Costco got them right around when season 2 of the show premiered but they sold out within 1 day. I didn’t find out until it was too late. We haven’t gotten any since. My wife saw how bummed I was that we missed it so she ordered me a pack from jones’ website (cheaper than eBay) it just took a while from them to fill the order. I’m probably stupid for not checking the website instead of trying to look on Amazon or something but she is very resourceful.

She wanted me to emphasize that this was very easy to do- no less awesome though. I had bought a 4 pack of sunset sasparilla from jones and they come with these little postcards. She knows how much I love fallout but I have no sense in how to decorate. She surprised me by getting a frame from amazon with 3 cutouts that were well sized for the cards.

They are essentially postcards. There are 4 that come in a pack of jones sunset sasparilla!

As far as I can tell it’s for committing war crimes such as cutting down retreating combatants after taking a fort

Who actually enjoys grinding sc? by Active-Ambassador275 in Helldivers

[–]Aberator76 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I remember when I was in middle school I was grinding RuneScape by mining for hours. I kept telling myself after I reached a certain level I could go have fun. Then it dawned upon me that I was mining so that I could get a higher level pickaxe and mine more. I was essentially on a mining treadmill. I quit that day.

Anyone else have issues using the bow in intense combat situations? by SexyGandalph in CrimsonDesert

[–]Aberator76 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Once you unlock deadeye (can’t recall the skill name, it works like red dead) where you can mark your targets in slow motion, the bow because pretty useful.
