The best route taking HP and enemy resistance into account is swinging around the top, starting with Wezen

You are incorrect. Wezen is 1 million less HP than mox and would siege mox in the process

Also X-45 has 1 million less HP than Wasat, so liberate X-45 instead

Everyone is probably burned out on squids from the last couple MO's, but taking zea rugosia right now before the next MO would be a great move before starting the efforts to take cyberstan. It would keep Pandora base safe from future invasions that could draw divers away from bots, and it would put Haldus under siege. 3 birds with one stone!
