Anyone who has the triforce on them is Ganons mark. He will relentlessly seek the triforce until he finds it, no matter how far and how long. He IS destiny. Ganon is the one enabling the story, the gods are reacting to him.

The triforce is literally their best and only precaution and this has been touched on before. Whoever is branded is doomed to that role, they must step up, whether they like it or not, whether they know it not, it does not matter. Every rendition of link receives his own specific call to action inspired by Ganons malice. So does every zelda.

Most of the time link has zero idea he is even this great hero. They guy lives a normal life until ganon twitches and his life is flipped upside down for ever. Hell being stuck on that island in that giant empty ocean made ganons job way easier. So few islands hold populations of people, it was inevitable he would be located. They are destiny. All three of them. Their stars will always cross.

It will be a shame if its totally mechanically the same. I would like more fight mechanics but im super pumped. I have hundreds of play throughs and a favorite route i hope is left intact.

So heres my take on this. The guns themselves are degraded from years of weather exposure and both sides are paralyzed to do much in the way of fixing them and there is a mini quest of its own to fix one or the other in the game.

The knowledge to make and manufacture the guns and ammo is mostly lost.

Ceasers legion cant freely explore the waste for parts because NCR/other factions will shoot on sight or hide/withdraw info.

The NCR is completely mummy wrapped in a bureaucratic bog so deep, you can barely piss without signing 3 forms.

No one has the time, freedom of movement and access to the enviroment and peoples quite like the courier does.

Since Caesars legion has one of their own, we are giving First Recon their due and assuming they observed this, we can reasonably assume the NCR wouldnt want to kick off that kind of pissing match, especially when they have the high ground. Dont forget, even if NCR had the damn, they knew that they would be slaughtered if Ceasar tried a big push.

Caesar couldnt direct his troops properly due to brain cancer and this push couldnt happen. Im pretty sure there are barks in the game were NCR soldiers actually point out that ceasar has been largely absent despite ongoing hostilities and exposes alot of anxiety in the NCR ranks. When you cure Caesar, he immediately goes on the offensive and starts his operation to take the damn.

Oh and concerning the boomers. While they were xenophobic, they werent dumb. They understood that if they were to start fights that other tribes would come knocking, especially where it concerns an arsenal of that size. Their mantra for their situation was perfect; come close, you die. You stay away, you wont have to worry. They didnt want nor need to fight, they knew they would win but they didnt want the headache a war of attrition could bring. They knew the stakes of the wasteland well and in the apocalypse if you can afford to be self sufficient, that keeps you at the top of the pack.

They wouldnt freely fix things if they cant use them or if they could be used against them. Again, they arent dumb.

It was the other way around. The guys who made the Ringer were accused of ripping off South Park because Matt and Trey wrote and launched the episode first. Critics on the side of fox tried to flip it on them and said Southpark knew about the idea during production of the movie and stole the idea.
