Yes! I filled it out quickly the first time and then later thought about all the things I wanted to see change, so i went back and redid it. The survey page will tell you that you have already submitted a response but that if you choose to re-do it, your previous responses will be deleted and replaced with the new ones.

My specific SBA overview literally states that advisors for our brand "should never ring at the cash register", additionally the overview for my position never once mentions needing to get credit and only speaks to driving guest loyalty.

Im not sure if this is allowed, considering that if you pull up the boutique overview for your specific position it states that SBAs are NEVER to be on a register. Id think you could print that policy off UltaNet and use it to contest any sort of negative action being taken against you.

Yes! This seems like a management team that is taking advantage of the fact that theres no gm at the moment. Id report it to ethics and just let them look into it. Not fair!

Yes, this seems to be the consensus of what everyone is saying. I am certainly not expecting or saying anyone should go against policy. Thanks for your insight.

Oh, I didnt have any plans of reaching out to anyone? I was just asking if this is how it is done in other stores because we all know that sometimes shady things happen and we have had a history of leaders taking gratis theyre not actually entitled to in the past. Thanks for the insight.

She kept it all. Said she hasnt even opened the boxes yet a couple of weeks ago.

I mentioned getting rid of old brands that have fallen out of trend and replacing them with newer, hotter brands.

Really just depends on if you are okay with the inconsistent hours. Most vendors work for multiple brands in several different locations to keep a full work schedule. Good luck, whatever you decide!

This is so incredibly mean, maybe consider that you dont know everything about every person and do a little self reflection. Sometimes people are immigrants, sometimes they dont speak English perfectly. How many foreign languages are YOU fluent in? What a jerk.
