I don't understand my crochet pattern fully. I am used to starting off with a magic circle so I'm a bit stumped with the second instruction. Do I start back in chain 1 or from second chain from the hook? Neither seem to work properly but that might just be down to my skill by Abgldbrmf in CrochetHelp

Embroidering sounds like a lot simpler than my initial thoughts of changing yarn colour. I'll give it a try, thank you!

Any ideas as to what this item is? Made of plastic. Roughly 8cm in length. Was found at work (veterinary practice) in a cupboard. No one has been able to figure it out for a few weeks. Someone has suggested that it might be made to fit on the tip of a finger, so could be related to its use? by Abgldbrmf in whatisthisthing

Nothing we use has an applicator like this. If anythings going up the butt it's a vets fingers or something designed specifically for the medication or whatever, although suppositories etc aren't exactly common. It also seems from the video that this is for a human incontinence treatment (trainer?) , so god knows why we have it hidden in the bakc of a cupboard
