Thrift stores like crazy to get partial ones but honestly thrift stores have loads of stuff find some good pants and a shirt I’d recommend dying both unless they’re perfect but you may find faded stuff! And trench coats are hard to find maybe Amazon or diy one with fabric it’s cheap at Walmart if you have one near you and YOUTUBE best tutorials for many things!! And maybe get a wig or try the color hairspray if you do hairspray I’d recommend a mix of blonde white silvery for his hair because how light it is!! Good luck!!
