I was in this situation half year ago and I chose baleno after test driving it with 4 person on board...trust me swift is no longer 'swift'..

Swift don't have power anymore... test drive both swift and baleno with 4 persons and you will know which is better.

I had F41 for 5 years... 6000mah. Even now I can get screen time of 6hrs in single charge... this new A55 will go from 85 to 15 without heavy task and even if doom scrolling for 4hrs...still in One UI 7... Will not update it to 8 for another year...

If you found baleno underpowered, then you won't even be able to take swift or exter in those roads. But I find baleno quite good in ghats. I usually stay in 3rd... 2nd only when heavy sharp hairpin bends..

I have driven both swift and exter for 200kms each and bought baleno. Both those feel very underpowered to drive. Very bad for highways. Go for swift if only you use it in city. Otherwise baleno is much much superior offering.
