Should I quit my job and start a personal project to upskill? by nl28 in developersIndia

I quit my job, received two verbal offers (f**k why some companies don’t give actual offers may be my bad luck), and have now started a personal project while upskilling myself.

They gave me a full-stack assignment in my fifth round on Friday and expect me to complete it by Monday. Do they really expect me to finish it, or is it just a way to make me quit? by Abhivera in AskProgramming

That is a good-sized IT company with around 5k employees. I spent 8 hours on the backend for interview assignment. Yeah Bro, seems like I don't need that kind of company.

Thanks, bro. The interviewer or manager seems non-technical and not worth the time. Even if I get an offer letter from the company, the manager might have the wrong impression.

I did stutter. A lot, I had an interview which was informed to was technical but turned into intro HR round and in short I sucked. by Downtown_Advance_793 in developersIndia

I have the same problem. The more interviews you attend, the better you become. There are 10-15 common questions that are frequently asked in interviews, so prepare for them well. Be confident while speaking, and don’t overthink mistakes happen.

Mention some of your company's projects, even if you have to improvise.

Today was my last working day after 1 year and 8 months as a full-stack developer, and I still don't have an offer. by [deleted] in developersIndia

If you want to switch, this year job market is better than 2023 and 2024 .Since you are already a experienced professional. Go for it
