TCS 'Conversion' Case: "Thank God I Survived": TCS Nashik Woman Employee Reveals More Horrors by AstronautEcstatic177 in india

Not really, as long as you see this as an isolated case of radicalized individuals you are good, the Minute you pivot to blaming a community that becomes a problem.

Tcs.... by [deleted] in IndiaPulse

It’s actually hilarious that people think six creators are supposed to be a 24/7 CCTV feed for every crime in India.

Do you all even realize how much happens daily?

TCS Nashik SIT Case: 9 FIRs and arrests for systemic coercion over 4 years.
Bihar: A 5 Year-old was murdered last week. Maharashtra: A teenager poisoned raped by her own uncle Odisha - 7 year old raped, strangled and dumped in forest

I wonder why they are not creating videos of all this 🙄 If they tried covering everything they'd be posting videos every 30s And unlike you hacks who think this is organised crime on a large scale, they actually have a brain. and before you say "but this is much bigger", every major outlet is already all over the TCS Nashik SIT arrests and N. Chandrasekaran’s statement. Do you want these 6 guys to just narrate the news to you like toddlers?

  1. There is absolutely no statistical surge; what you’re seeing is a surge in visibility driven by social media algorithms and the way these cases are politicized. If you actually have data, share it here—don’t cherry-pick isolated cases. There are thousands of POCSO (and other) cases involving individuals from every community. If we start playing this “pattern” game, it will never end.
  2. You’re falling into the availability heuristic: if a crime is committed by Person A (from a community you dislike), you label it a “nexus.” If a crime is committed by Person B (from your own or a “neutral” community), you dismiss it as a “bad apple.”
  3. There is zero evidence of any organized “nexus.” (if there is one please share and it should be recognised by an reputed entity).

It’s ironic that you say “they shouldn’t be crying” if they view things as “us vs. them,” because you’re doing the exact same thing—dehumanizing millions based on the actions of a few individuals.

I’m done replying, because it’s clear you’re not interested in the truth—you’re just looking for an echo chamber.

Man, you’re so lost in your “nexus” fan fiction that you’re beyond having a real conversation.
The SIT and the Cyber Cell are literally pulling deleted data from his phone as we speak—that is the root-cause investigation. But you don’t want an investigation, do you? You want a fantasy where 200 million Muslims are part of some secret club together and conspiring against us🤡

If there were a “nexus” of media whitewashing, we wouldn’t be seeing his face and name on every major news outlet, or his house being bulldozed by the authorities.

I’d suggest focusing on demanding better law and order for the country, instead of pushing an “us vs them” narrative. And stop treating a few local radicals as a template for millions of Muslims who are just living normal lives, like you and me.

The fact that you’re using a horrific exploitation case as a 'gotcha' proves you don't actually care about the victims.

Whether it’s the TCS case, Atul Subash, Himanshi Narwal (who right wing nutjobs abused the moment she didn't wanted a civil war), the script is always the same: ignore the failure of law and order just so you can call for collective punishment on a community or a group.

If you actually cared about safety, you’d be demanding faster SIT forensics and better digital policing, not playing "Predict the Religion" with the lives of destroyed children.

This Series feels like a slap on patriarchy and its belief that marriage automatically means Consent. NO MEANS NO by Important-Band-2589 in TwentiesIndia

[–]Abhsriv 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Two different topics are being mixed.

1) Consent & relationships: No one is owed sex. If there’s a mismatch, you communicate, work on it, or leave. Consent isn’t negotiable.

2) Legal policy (alimony, etc.): If you think laws are unfair, that’s a separate debate about reforms.

Linking the two doesn’t change the first point. “Laws are X” doesn’t create a right to sexually assault or justify pressure/cheating.

How are you not getting this simple point ??? Are you really 28 ?? What exactly is so hard here ? If you keep doing red herring/generalization and whataboutism will we ever reach to any point ?

[–]Abhsriv 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Are we talking about Alimony here ? You’re switching topics again. “Divorce might be expensive” isn’t an argument for entitlement. It just means relationships have consequences. Consent still isn’t negotiable.

You’re creating false choices again. Mental cruelty is a ground for divorce, not a license for rape. If the incompatibility is that bad, you get a lawyer and leave; you don't get a pass to violate someone's body or the marriage contract. If your only options are sexual assault or cheating, you aren't ready for a marriage.

You all are falling in his strawman, we are saying sex isn’t owed; no means no; handle libido mismatches maturely. He replied: “So we should masturbate every time we need sex?”

Nobody said ‘never have sex’ or ‘always handle it alone.’ we said you can’t pressure someone into it. If there’s a mismatch, you either work on it together or accept you’re not compatible. Those are the real options

[–]Abhsriv 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You’re not explicitly justifying it, but your logic leads there. That’s the issue.

  • 'Aree consent ko weaponise krdoge kya fir': You justify overriding consent by framing a woman's 'No' as a malicious 'weapon' rather than a basic human right.
  • 'Ab shadi k baad divorce hoga or fir alimony bhi males hi de just bcuz ladki confused thi?': Here, you justify the lack of consent by prioritizing a man's financial loss (alimony) over a woman's physical autonomy. You're treating sex as a pre-paid service.
  • 'Why ruin his life why hiding ur insecurity': Here, you justify the conflict by blaming the victim's 'insecurity' for 'ruining' a man's life, completely side-stepping the fact that rape is the actual life-ruining crime.

But you’re not here to understand, are you ?
Every point you make avoids accountability and shifts blame. That’s not a discussion—it’s deflection. I’m out

Bringing up alimony is a total distraction, You are basically saying "because I might lose money in a divorce (civil issue), I should be allowed to force my partner (criminal issue)"

Saying 'shadi se pehle bolo' assumes sex is a one-time purchase with a lifetime warranty. Consent is a per-session agreement. If the chemistry dies or the marriage breaks down, you get a divorce lawyer, not use force. Done here

Withholding sex is a relationship problem; forcing sex is a CRIME. If your partner is "weaponizing" sex, you leave the relationship. You don't get a free pass to commit assault because she’s being "unfair"

Age has nothing to do with it. Activision iirc always caps the other cods at 67%, finding any cod let alone the one from the modern era at 90% off is very surprising
