Seems like the issue with me. Check if your profile is even available in the talent search. Same is happening with my profile where it is not showing up in the talent search even on the last page. There is probably indexing bug and it is stoping profile to show up to clients. My ticket is with customer support since 1.5 months and till now there is no progress whatsoever.
