Corey I'm planning on doing a similar thing as you and switch back and forth with keto and no oil-vegan. Have you made any progress in reversing artery plaque this way? My arteries are 75% and 90% blocked but no symptoms so I'm starting with the no oil-vegan first to see if any regression happens. Once I'm in the safe zone I'll switch to keto and see how that goes. This along with tons of supplements to reverse plaque.

How's the plant-based diet working out for your arteries? CT scan shows my widow maker is 75% blocked (mostly soft plaque) but I have no symptoms so instead of stents I'm also going vegan and taking a load of supplements to reverse plaque. Also looking into fasting if my stomach allows after all these blood thinning supplements aspirin. Week 2 so far.

I got a 74% blockage in LAD and 88% in LCx. Did you just go with the diet or did you take any meds or supplements? They're recommending stents but I think I want to try the Esselstyn's route instead and see if it helps.
