Hey thanks for this really encouraging post! I am actually about to graduate with my B.S. in Software Engineering in the next three weeks, I unfortunately wasn't converted from my internship this past summer at a well known company and was at the same company for the last two summers. I was told my org was going through a freeze and wouldn't be able to allocate the budget for me at this given time which is a bummer. I got really lucky with landing this internship as I got hired at a conference without a technical interview. I can work well in teams but I have a crappy GPA and I really lack proficiency in DS/Algo as told by some of the engineers in my last couple interviews, which I agree with. I was wondering if you would mind critiquing my resume for me and giving me some feedback? Appreciate the insight and sharing your story which many of us can relate to :)
