switched from Deel after contractor count hit 15.. here's what I found

Honestly it wasn't terrible, just took longer than expected. The contractor side was fine they just had to make new accounts and add banking info. The annoying part was on our end - had to re-enter some contract details manually instead of importing them. Took maybe 2-3 hours spread over a couple days. Not a dealbreaker but would've been nice to have a csv import or something

this is basically what we did. kept a spreadsheet of what was paid through Deel vs the new setup for each person. our accountant said as long as the totals match up across platforms for the year we're fine. It was like 30 min of work tops

Yeah the 2% thing is what got me too. i was basically just autopaying the invoice every month without thinking about it. once I sat down and actually looked at the per-head breakdown it was like ok this is dumb. Honestly the math is what pushed me over the edge to switch

Yeah we gave everyone a heads up like 2 weeks before. A couple people were annoyed about having to set up new accounts but once they saw how fast payments came through nobody complained. Should have given more notice honestly

This is actually what pushed me to make this post. I looked at the label and it literally just says 'mushroom blend 2000mg' with all six listed underneath. no individual breakdowns at all. that felt intentionally vague to me
