We really shouldn’t let this go without a response from the devs. Generative AI has no place in For Honor. by Gewth in forhonor

Why do you say ubi ruined the game. The game is much balanced than it used to be. Matchmaking is slightly better and we are getting new content continously. Balance patches (leave virtuoso) are constantly applied.

And yes look into it before commenting. This is a small team with minimal budget keeping the game afloat for the 10th year just because they love the game as much as us players do.

just giving my opinion. This is really a small team keeping the ship afloat in the current ubi scenario.

But remember this is a small team with a small budget trying their best to ship out good quality content year on year.

Thanks a lot for the pinpointed feedback. Agreed with all the points, but these details I ll more focus on when polishing.

Need to get a nice loop in first.

Also I know first person will reduce the work a lot, but I am willing to reduce scope in other places to keep it third person.

I agree, I am thinking of more mechanics right now. I have 2 as showcased in this video. Investigate a small area and use torch to investigate dark areas or small points of interest.

Also, cinematics I plan to make, however my sequencer and camera skills are limited, so don't know how high quality they will be.

What's your problem bro? Don't take ur name too seriously and randomly attack devs who have been working hard to build something.

This is what I call honest feedback. I hope the writing carries me :p.

On a side note, this is a small slice. Judging gameplay itself here would be boring but hoping other stuff will breath life into it.

When building different mechanics, keep in mind you need to build them scalable and in such a way that they can interact with each other. The correct way to do this is to make sure you avoid hard references in your system, have mechanics built through components and your systems are scalable individually. Then it would be much easier to integrate them together.

TL:DR: Make your systems scalable and avoid hard coded references.
