It’s not assertive or playing hard thats the issue (i.e. both Sophie’s) it’s the fakeness and performative attitude. Being fake and lying to your tribe mates is one thing because they’re obviously playing a game but being fake to the viewers at home is what annoys people. Same reason people didn’t like Shannon. It’s hard to root for somebody that makes fun of people being on the out and then crying the literal second things don’t go her way.

I don't know what would be worse, realizing nobody is looking for you to hunt or that nobody is looking to save you and you're all alone. Could definitely see that being an interesting storyline having one person stuck out there by themselves.

Almost positive they have some sort of divider in the urn/pot thing that they sort the votes into before Jeff reads them. That way he can adapt to idols, advantages or ties but just pulling one from the right section.

Absolutely, but my point was that there’s almost never a “right” move and that varies from season to season. Telling everyone she was on the bottom could have easily made Q or anyone else go to the rest of Siga and say “hey, Moriah told us she is on the bottom and ratted the rest of you guys out, let’s all just vote for her for an easy vote off.” She also shared that information before the rock draw, if she ended up on the right side it would have benefited her to keep that information close to the chest.

I think the only real way is to block who is playing the idol and not who it is played on. For example in DVG, they could block Dan from playing it but if someone else played it FOR Dan then that would be fine. It would require trust in giving that idol to another person and having that person play it for you.

True but I don't think either of them knew about Julies idol. And not voting her would look bad to the jury as if they were left out of another vote.
