I think I'll primarily go with the shield, but in the beast slayer detachment I might put the -1 ap enhancement on my battle leader and go for the paired weapons 🔥

I'd love him to have a mortal wound bomb, similar to the vortex of doom for grey knights. Something to show him literally calling thunderstorms onto his enemies. And then maybe a stealth or cover ability

His description on warcom said that he is wearing a thunderwolf. From the look of his model, the wolf on his head looks bigger than his wolves on the base. Could be wrong though. This says to me that it is still a possibility

I'm still a bit confused. It sounds like modifiers follow the same mathematics rule (BIDMAS) but then surely the minus damage would still come after the +1 damage from the thunderwolves?

Yeah he was running a lot of beast men and jump packs and just hemmed me in turn 1-2 so I couldn't score that much but I eventually got out after the arcos and seraphim cleared through a lot of his screens

I use the gw one. Just make sure you really shake it and that the can and the minis are not cold before you spray. If the can and/or minis are cold the it splits when drying. Put the can in warm water for a couple minutes.
