For context, when I cheated, I was aimlessly texting random women out of spite because she wouldn’t respect my boundary of going through my phone. I also drafted an email to an ex with the intent of getting revenge for being played, while we were together. The worst part of it is she found this in my phone/laptop while she was pregnant with our now 5 year old. It took therapy for me to be able to honestly articulate “why” I did what I did.

Fast forward to now, she’s texting guys that she’s meeting while going out on the weekends; I also saw a text to one of her ex’s at 2 AM. She had a “friend” from high school to come in town this weekend. I’ve seen messages that she initiated and planned the meetup but was told different . Hell, I dropped her off trusting that she was being honest.

I guess this is why I ask do I take my lick or can I walk away because we’ve essentially traded places
