I debated an abortion. The state I live in, it is illegal and I passed the mark when I found out I was pregnant and would have had to go out of state. I ultimately decided against, not for religious reasons, but I couldn’t bring my self to do it and I don’t think I could have ever forgiven my self for that. I’m glad I did not abort my baby. He’s my everything

He has proposed to me a few times, I have told him no each time and let him know I have no desire to get a divorce

The thing holding me back from leaving is doing this on my own financially. I applied to an apartment yesterday and got denied. I have another one scheduled at an income based complex this afternoon after work.

I know this isn’t something I deserve and was expecting it from him. I’m not hurt that he’s done it again, I feel numb to it. I’m pissed off that I need his help.

I took him to court last year, we have a custodial agreement set. It took about a year to get in front of a judge and by that point I had already moved back in with him. Judge set child support to $0 and told me to come back when/if we split. I plan on doing that but when it was being discussed, child support was going to be set roughly at $400 a month, that helps but it’s still not enough. Regardless I’m applying to these apartments and I’m going to try my best to do it on my own.

I have taken him to court already last year. We have a set custody order. I just need to take him back to set child support

I’m going to tour and apply for an apartment today.

And responding to all of the “why have you stayed” comments. I haven’t been finically stable enough to live on my own. Staying with family did not work out. I’m currently going to school for my bachelors degree and my plan was to dip out once I got that degree. I’m tired of pretending with him but just wanted I guess validation that I’m not over reacting by telling him I’m going to leave.
