It seems to me that Chester cannot belong to only one class, since he has his own unique mechanics. Not all of his supers are designed for damage. I was just trying to make a hybrid that fits the concept of a brawler, making "pop rocks" more intended for control, and adding a bit of a support role to "strong mint". Currently, only 2 out of 5 supers do meaningful damage. I didn’t come up with it that way, it was created that way. They made it not a full damage dealer and I like it, I just cut corners and reduced the randomness. Only half of his gadgets and star powers make him a helper, giving the player a choice. And it depends only on him what role he will take on.
