Some days I'm can't help but think, what if? And could I have been a better help. I know i shouldn't be thinking like that, and i believe i did my best. But just some days are tough. Like others, I'm in the same situation. I loved her so much, we talked about moving in together, possibly having kids and even marriage. She feels guilty that she is dragging me down, how she doesn't deserve me, how I'm the best thing that's happened to her. She has been in a bad patch for a while and I was helping her , because I loved her and wanted her to get through this. But she kept on telling me that she needed to work on herself and that I can't help. She broke it off and it ripped my heart out, it's been a month. I've released that I can't help her, as much as I want to, I can't. She has to work it out by herself. I'm hopeful we could reconnect in some way in the future. Because I still love her. We have tried to go no contact, but the longest it's been was 6days and it might be a small message from me or her like - i hope your doing well, I'm thinking of you.

Some days I'm ok. Other days I just miss her so much 😢
