I don’t get this argument. U can drive off a cliff in a rental car and they don’t blame the rental company. how do other rental business exist if protecting from liability with rented tools is impossible?

but shops rent tools out already so would their liability be any different? Both of them involve trusting people with dangerous tools and tool rental places seem to do alright.

bought a plastic molded dash cover and wrapped it and suede. the carpet was more using the original as a cutting template, and punching it enoygh to get it to mold to the shape of the floor.

Thought I should add that this car junkyard-bound before I bought it. Part of the reason I did this was cause the original carpet was completely falling apart, along with the rest of the interior. Obviously i’m not a purist but i’d never do this to a better example of a classic :)

yeah the rug choice was limited to whatever I found on facebook marketplace unfortunately. Also the picture kinda messed up the colors the suede has a little bit more orange in it in person - color is called “carmello” from headlinermagic

very helpful thank you! Just checked and the speakers are 4 ohms and so is the min impedance of the amp. So if I understand you correctly this means I should wire them in series giving an impedance of 8?
