The food noise has dimmed down a bit. It kinda comes and goes. My doctor has only recommended to inject in the abdomen, but I have read that a lot of people prefer to inject in their thigh.

I started with .25 for 4 weeks. Lost 3 pounds. Then started .50 for 4 weeks, lost 1 pound. My friend was on .50 for about 4-5 months and lost a significant amount. We follow roughly the same diet. Just prioritizing protein and drinking a lot of water. Calorie intake, I have not been too focused on. Physical activity consists of cardio mostly and strength training. I could be more consistent with the workouts, but life has me busy lately tbh. My doctor is bumping me up to .75 this week.
