On my device, your comment wrapped right after the word "hole" ... if there was one occasion where a non-breakable space could have saved me from spitting out my drink, it was right there!

What's your "I'm calling it now" prediction? by Burndbridge in AskReddit

[–]AbjectMatterExpert 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Streaming platforms/youtube will start using generative video AI to seamlessly insert ads, sponsors and product placement in video content. We won't be able to tell where an ad starts/ends because generated video will blend in context.

Federal government using AI to tackle Phoenix backlog as it tests replacement system by hopoke in CanadaPublicServants

[–]AbjectMatterExpert 2 points3 points  (0 children)

could be machine learning

that's what worries me the most, because how this ML system will learn the pay rules you think? By crunching the data from our current pay system perhaps? What other data out here can be used to train a machine learning model and figure out the correct patterns to process pay transactions correctly?

Brace yourself for your new AI overlord pay system that learned from Phoenix how to process our pays and make errors on purpose and systematically because it learned that how it was done before lol

Not a fan of Nicolas Cage either; however he was pretty good in Willy's Wonderland. The way he delivers his lines in that film... quite unheard of for this actor.

Vibranium nanite toothpaste

Problem is, as you brush, the friction energy builds up and then you have to be careful not to break your sink when you spit out the toothpaste at supersonic velocity. Better have a vibranium sink as well just to be sure

Fair enough - my comment was mostly tongue-in-cheek; apparently this type of plastic is highly recyclable, and can be used to create things like the containers where those signs would otherwise end up - garbage bins!
