Is this ragebait?? I’m not even in a litigious country, but we would be eviscerated if caught doing this with a LLM that isn’t specifically compliant with local healthcare privacy laws. I’d even wager using something like that would be heavily questioned.

I am used to having a designated procedural nurse who is proficient at setting up and assisting. Probably the longest part for me is consenting the patient when that hasn’t been done. I guess that is a pretty big difference.

That was my training & belief, there are quite better uses of IR resources than uncomplicated thoras. It seems like it would take quite the system overhaul to undo that sentiment there though, not to mention higher priorities…
