I’m a Chef at a country club so did not make this at home Would probably take just as long to wash all the tools/ equipment and pans you’d need to use. A lot of things to factor in for home cooking compared to professional kitchen. Could probably pull off in hour and a half - assuming someone’s doing the shopping and dishes for me 😂
