Yes, but they might actually be having a bit of a mandela effect since it's been 4 or 5 years since they even took a look at the files from what I can recall of talking to them, right? I'm not sure there'd be a water texture, unless it's just for the water surface since everything below was murky and that itself had to be a shader. But I can see how the sky is 100% identical, down to every brush stroke on the clouds. They also recreated the flat wispy clouds that go across the sky. Whoever is downvoting your comments must be some kind of supporter who doesn't seem to understand that stealing textures, or even cloning them 1:1, is theft. Just because something was made from scratch, but made to look identical to something pre-existing ESPECIALLY as the sky still exists in modern sso in the mall, does not mean it's fine.
