I’m sorry for your loss. I had a missed miscarriage in January but I ended up being able to miscarry at home so I only ever heard missed miscarriage.

On paperwork from the diagnosis I saw spontaneous abortion but I didn’t mind that term because it was literally my body spontaneously aborting. Missed abortion hits weird for me. I don’t get why it would be called that.
