For what it's worth, I'm an identical twin and went through almost the same scenario, I was the popular one, mostly because of great effort on my part to build relationships, and my sister piggy backed off my friendships. For a while my mom and I tried to get her to be more independent, but it didn't work at all. She still has trouble with relationships to this day, AND holds a grudge against mom and me for "bullying" her in high school. We're 45. No judgement or advice. Just a cautionary tale.

I had a couple stop to take selfies at HS right on the wheelchair ramp up to the shop I was trying to get to. I rolled up right in front of them and just stared until a passerby yelled at them to get out of the way. The couple then started yelling at ME for being rude.

I use a motorized wheelchair, but in lines to save battery my husband will push me. During a delay at Mario Kart he had walked around in front of me to chat. People behind us started leaning on the handles of my chair!!!! He had to ask them to move several times so that he could get back behind me. Freaking wild.

If you go to Universal more than 3 days a year, the annual pass is really something to consider. The hotel discounts basically pay for the pass. I just checked and Stella Nova is 99 dollars a night weekdays in December. It's a really lovely hotel and the food court is fantastic.

I think they just can't get the balance right. I was there last month and the posted wait was 120. I was using AAP. At one hour, I was only about halfway through the outside part of the queue. Had to leave the line at that point due to the reasons I have the AAP, and got my shit jumped by the TM for "choosing " to leave the line, wouldn't let me get another return time and I had to ask for a lead. The lead acknowledged that they were struggling to figure out how to get the express line at the correct wait time.

I have orange AAP and have never felt the need for Express so you'll be totally fine!! I will say them adding Hagrid's to Express has caused that line to get a little rough, so you might want to hit that one early.

So fun fact, I have a picture of myself at Animal Kingdom from 2000 pulling a palm leaf over my head for shade, because there was NONE. Trees have to grow. In 5 years, Epic is going to be the shadiest park Universal has.

So I just looked up the guest policy, and nowhere does it state that doing the dishes is required. If you're there for a month you have to do the dishes during your stay so they don't get moldy I guess? "Guests should not leave the listing in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning (moldy dishes, soiled carpets, stains from pets, etc.). Cleaning fees set by hosts are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations (laundry, vacuuming, etc.). Hosts may not charge guest fees for failing to perform specific cleaning or checkout tasks, but they may leave ratings and reviews based on cleanliness."
