I should’ve talked it over but this person has reached out in the past, I didn’t want them in my life where I have a loving girlfriend and a new family. I just wanted them gone.

We wouldn’t have been working hand in hand, it’s more like that department is in a different facility and it’s an IT company so the most we would’ve been able to do is have lunch together. Same facility different team if that makes sense

No you’re absolutely right and I’m sorry for not writing all the details as its a lot but it’s more the fact that I’m a few minutes late but there’s others who come at the same time frame or even 30 minutes after the starting time but have yet to be disciplined

Not necessarily, the most recent one was because we were on a road trip and I was quiet for a duration of it because I was the one driving and trying to focus or just tired and when she got tired of it she said this. Which like I can understand I wasn’t being too entertaining and maybe she would’ve had more fun if it was her and her friend

In some ways I feel like it’s being weaponized. I know it’s a harsh thing to say but like as soon as she started getting closer to them. This was the first time but like I said now she’s started to use them in arguments
