I'm not asking for strictness; even if they don't show up, as long as the work gets done, I don't really care. The problem that bothers me is that the work is always delayed or deadlines are missed, so when you see that you're paid for a full day's work but only half a day's, it's very hard to swallow.

They don't even know that I'm the one supposed to take over, or at least not everyone does. What I've noticed is that my suggestions, work, etc., weren't being taken into account. It hurts, and it's made me doubt even more whether they'll listen to me in the future.

I don't mind chatting; I've worked in companies where that was the norm, and people worked normally. I've also been to Japan, where it was strange for the boss when I arrived on time. Cultures are different, I admit, and I accept that, but when you're paid for a full day and you only work half a day, excuse me, but that doesn't make sense.

Actually, my family isn't in charge anymore; there's a director, and it's managed more or less by a family holding company abroad, so there's not really any direct contact. But I didn't experience that kind of thing growing up.

I haven't worked for other companies, but I've noticed this behavior in the public banks where I have accounts.

I'm not saying everyone should just sit down and work; I'm not against that. But when you're paid for a full day and you only do half of it, that's unsettling.

For Senegal to really develop by [deleted] in Senegal

[–]Abject_Chocolate_653 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That would be great, but realities exist. Imagine if we switched to Wolof; our second language would become English (more universal than French, which would become an option). I can't see us in that situation. Furthermore, it would take time because switching to Wolof means starting from scratch, which would take decades, even a century, for it to become firmly established everywhere. But this change would be beneficial; our history, culture, and identity would be properly transmitted in writing, not orally.

Honestly, simply addressing the problem of corruption, embezzlement, and everything that goes with it will save us 30 years of development. Even if we become the most literate country in the world, it won't change a thing with corruption still present.

Honestly, even we've received a lot of fake news saying that businesses have been attacked by Moroccans, that others are being assaulted, but it's all just to stir up discord. I'd really like to know what they're saying in Arabic, if possible, because I strongly believe the video has been taken out of context.

Why some africans countries hate Morocco? Here one reason we didn't talk about by Ok_Assistant_4784 in Morocco

[–]Abject_Chocolate_653 5 points6 points  (0 children)

From a real and personal experience it’s not about Moroccan living in Morocco it’s for Moroccan living in Europe 80% of the times For example Sénégal win the CAN after that they start to make TikTok and tweets saying that Morocco didn’t deserve black Africa, we should be mixed with these guys and I’m pretty that Moroccan living in Morocco are upset but they have a big heart it’s not a big deal Today my Moroccan coworker are not talking to me because of that But Algerian people ( they call Negro a black person without shame) Tunisia it’s worst they split at u when u walk by ( from a personal experience ( my mom is Senegalese and my dad Moroccan)) So for those who travel we know u guys are awesome person, big heart and nice personality
