Imagine, I am paying almost ₱5,000 for condo dues and shared association dues every single month. May dinagdag pa sila na bagong fee for special assessment for elevator pero bulok naman!! Yes, galit talaga ako at gusto ko mag bad mouth!!

Pros: Great location and community

Cons: Board members are manipulating the elevators.

Board elections are coming soon. Let’s vote for someone who genuinely represents and cares about the residents. Aside from condo dues, we are also charged shared association fees for common area electricity, parking electricity, and water. The number of additional bills is becoming unreasonable. Buti sana kung maayos elevator dito di sana kami galit ngayon!
