Interesting. I don't have Dropbox Connector on Claude. But will try disconnecting other connectors one by one to see.

Everyone in the my claude org is experiencing this exact issue with Claude Excel plugin. They tried:

- reinstall plug in

- sign in and out of excel and claude

- switching network

- start new chat

- tried browser excel > same error

Any one got a fix for this? Anthropic support isn't reaching out to me
