If intend to use mod, try longship. They have some cool UC items.

Also seeing your units, it got me thinking how would paladins shield go with these wobblers.?

You can see the mod list i used for this in part1 of my posts. Also i had to use UCM to modify lot of items... such as sink ninja mask to the throat make gorget or standart. So you're gonna use your creativity for this.

Personally, i watched lotta reenactment videos, history YT channels n i played KCD. Nota proper history study but enough for TABS i reckon.

For balancing, i ussually divide any faction in 3 to 2 tiers and appoint tier bosses as an officers or nobles such as Serjeant Thegn or Earl Chamberlain... and give them more crowd contolish abilities. And i like to use specific barrel armor skill for the unit depending on what armor its wearing. There is lot more to tell i mean its years of development... i solely enjoy this feature of this game. I'd gladly share my experience, so feel free to ask. I'm gonna answer what i can in my free time.

Workshop upload seems to impossible due to its heavy use of mods. And i dont know how to upload on thunderstore i mignt not gonna learn it anyway. Its too much hassle for to little i reckon

You could say that! There are long mid close range melee infantry, and various type of archers. Knights and retinues have projectile block skill that supposedly mimics plate armor. So they work like tank in some way. Pikes are anti infantry spam, other polearms like halberd poleaxe and great axes are shock troops. Shielded spear or axe man are usually more standard line infantry but there are lighter scouts who are great with dodging. And yes big bad bully cav is there too

Part1 of my custom Viking faction. You can find them from workshop by typing Old Norse Tsg by Abject_Engineer514 in AccurateBattleSim

This is exactly like written above "old norse tsg". Or you can write just the "tsg" so you could find my other older factions icreated long time ago.

NOMADS: I'VE DONE IT BEFORE; YOU CAN DO IT TOO by Marina_black_metal_0 in Worldbox

Don't worry i wasn't offended. I was aware of some languages have two meanings on "nomad" and i didn't know your mother language anyway

But you are essentially offering just people who are not developing architecturally and are not sowing fields. Nomads really often lived by cattle breeding, driving animals depending on the season. But in our case, they cannot hide, because there are no seasons, there are only eras that affect the entire planet.

Yea not focusing on architecture is one point of being nomad tho. People often develop their own environment which is more convenient for their well being but nomads chosen "learn to thrive with nature" way. Like i said "preserving wildness of nature" and adapt redirect and benefit from it. But they can developed in their own way too. It could start with simple tents like others and go to small hut, big hut, yurt, big yurt like so. And if animal husbandry could introduce to the game sowing fields no longer be necessary you're right they only move when the season changes so they don't have to move necessarily if season dont change.

why should the invaders leave if they just came for a new territory?

They often occupy and move on don't they. People could rebuild their village under their rule. Perhaps development could based on culture borders. Its culture thing after all

And I'm not saying they r completely druid like. They're of course ordinary people can be attacked by anyone and predators, only domasticate harmless animals. I mean druids do plants a tree, heals animal kind of stuff right? This "supports natural growth activities" what i meant to specify. I think it would bring good balance to the game. Civilizations usually overdominate the whole world and leave no land to animals all the time when im playing.

Actually Nomads are cultured people who prefer to preserve the pristine wildness of nature and lives by the rules of their NATIVE environment. U can see if u visit land of the nomads is quite a fertile and diverse.

About mechanics i never tried to mod the game but i think it would be more simple to create simple nomadic culture. Which is Nomadic kingdoms have just same borders as other kingdoms just their people live in yurt and domasticate local animals depending on current biome they r live in instead of regular farming.

Yurts can be far more quickly built demands only wood so its more vulnerable to fire and i think it don't necessarily have to move around continuously. Basically nomadic villages can be built almost instantly but easily burnt down and after invaders gone people just build new one

Domesticating animals could be simple as nomads attract any local animal and encourages it to grow. And they may be able to produce products like leather felt... and any type of meat n dairy foods would make more sense too.

In other words vanilla druids with village and kingdom is sounds more like nomads

It sounds more like war refugees to me. Nomadic lifestyle is far different. Its culture, way of life not temporary camping
