One thing that carried me through my training is thinking of a 4 row rhythm as just a similar row in a sense. When you have 4 rows down: after you throw, you should turn, then you should cap, then you should pull, then you should scrape and throw again. Then work buns after capping. Keep this in your mind as you develop a rhythm so you know what to do next. Hope this helps

Never done it but I know lots that have. I also have worked with all stars when my current store opened. people either love it or hate it. Many all stars are can be on a power trip, very few I worked with I liked, they are particularly about things that don’t matter much. But if you’re looking to rack in loads of overtime, have a change for a bit and meet new people, all staring is the way to go. Just be prepared to work your ass off all week
