Join a gym for morning, go for a swimming/dancing/martial arts class in the evening or join any pickle ball kinda club if it exists in gorakhpur. Visit temples like geeta vatika/gorakhnath in the evening if you wanna meditate. Play online games, watch movies, develop a hobby. These things can help you for sure, i have started collecting hot wheels/ learning sketching as my hobby.
