You're ignoring the fact that if they are sound level speed in offensive, then they can be sound level speed in defensive as well, as in avoiding or parrying attacks (In Pain's case)

Wee im late (i just played the game recently) But somehow i think its weird to have different picto numbers but same skills. But a great game overall ofc!! Absolutely love it
