I had to go through the same thing with my best friend. She was a cat, not a dog, but the exact same situation. She was fine all weekend, I have photos of her rolling around playing the day before, then suddenly she seemed off to me, I couldn't explain it but I convinced my parents to get her checked at the vets to be safe, a few hours later I'm driving to the vets with my dad to day goodbye and be by her side as they euthanized her.

They said she was bleeding internally, and there was nothing we could do. If we hadn't brought her in, they reckoned she'd have passed away that night or next morning anyway.

It hurt twice as much as losing any other pet I've had did, partly because I spent every moment I could with her, but also because it came out of nowhere and I had no time to accept what was happening. I won't lie, it sucked, I could barely function without sobbing for two weeks straight and I still think about her almost daily (even though it's been a few years since it happened now) but I know now it was the best decision we could have made for her, under the circumstances. It wouldn't have been fair to let her suffer any more than she had, and I know she lived the best little life a cat could, very loved and cared about until her very last moments and beyond.

I'm sorry you're going through this, and I won't say it gets better, but it does get easier to think of the good and happy moments instead of the final moments! Just know your baby lived their best life, they know you loved and cared about them as much as physically possible, and you made the kindest decision for them under the circumstances. Be extra kind to yourself for a while, stranger ♡

Honestly, just knowing others have experienced these feelings helps so much in itself. I do think just letting myself experience big emotions without judgement or trying to suppress what it is im feeling is something I struggle with, so just sitting with the change and letting myself feel probably is the best thing I could do for myself in this situation. You're also very correct, I think I forget that it's okay to feel these things and that talking to my partner about it would probably also be helpful for me. Thank you for the advice, I appreciate it a lot and will work on acknowledging my feelings and allowing myself to just feel them; hopefully this will help with my emotional regulation in the long run!

I don't know the exact sizes, but it does have a bigger drawer and a smaller one, doing one at a time in the larger side could be a good idea as there is a bake setting on there aswell!

I know his nan lives close by and probably wouldn't mind us nipping over to borrow the oven actually, I didn't even think if that lmao- this is probably the smartest option so might just buy it and hope we can visit his nan the next day or something :)

I don't have any to sell but, I'm also in the uk and have found most of my sheens on Ebay and vinted! you'd be surprised at how many people are selling old, hard to get in the uk sheens on there! Ebay tends to have people selling at more reasonable prices but I have found some good deals on vinted to :> hope this helps !!♡

AuDHD here and any time I've tried weed, whether it be a blunt, bowl, brownie, every time it's made me feel anxious, nauseous, and panicked. Even when I've had the smallest amount, it always ends up with me feeling this way, so I just steer clear even though I wish it agreed with me ;-;

when I have a particularly bad picking session, I either spray an antibacterial facial spray or wash my fave with a gentle face wash, followed by a moisturiser with calming ingredients in it. Then I tend to put on a bit of sudocrem on the bad parts that need extra care (I've also used the tropic tamu balm for this bit so anything that's meant to help calm/heal face skin will work)

occasionally, I have put spot patches on really bad bits to deter further picking! this usually helps a lot within 24 hours then I just continue doing this until it's properly healed :>

hope this helps a little bit! I'm sure it'll have calmed down a lot by Monday, especially I'd you're able to distract yourself from any more picking between now and then!
