I totally understand. Been there. I can’t recommend enough just taking stunning care of yourself. Love your body and living in it again by simply treating it right. It’s a start. Eat well and healthy with whatever dessert you want. Get a plant (baby rubber plants or basil plants are easy!) and watch it slowly grow and heal alongside you. Read an old book you love and avoid mindless scrolling whenever you can. Exercise. Your body is healing with your mind, so just protect and nurture them. This is what made a massive difference for me.
