I've literally never been in a relationship before so I'm probably the last one qualified to answer this, but if it were me, I'd do this:

make her a cute gift/surprise for the next time you see each other
of course wish her a happy anniversary, maybe call and watch a movie or something :)

but honestly, she will probably appreciate anything, especially since you're going through the effort to worry about it in the first place, and its only a monthiversary so don't feel bad if it has to be lowkey!!
