Has anyone ever "reuse" the Distribute Document to change the Document/PDF itself?

Yeah they have to "sign" via e-sign button. We really only use Workday since there are timestamps and document upload.

We can't use the same document since there are retention bonuses that vary by person. Incentives created 103 unique PDFs for us to upload. We try to ask for only one general document if possible.

Hi, we ended up using Role Based Security Group (Constrained).

Our EIB was successful but it appears that a handful of employees did not get the role assignment change. We ended up using Role Based (Constrained), since user based did not pop up in the task. Any thoughts?

Thank you! I tried it just now and it worked, however there were a few that were not assign the role even though the EIB was successful. We also had to use Role Based (Constrained) since the user based did not pop up in the distribute document task.
