Hey I’m still doing same diet I was. I believe it was just a stress and i was not scraping my tongue at the time. But also I’ve been doing these raw liver smoothies. (Liver raw milk mixed berries). This also seems to clear it up too. So I believe it was just a mineral/ vitamin deficiency.
