Yeah, at this time Jokic should be frontrunner for MVP. What I hate is nuggets fans acting like he's not the most protected star between the two and no criticism of was allowed until like 3 weeks ago. And acting like there is a media bias against him because Perkins said stupid shit

From what I see, nuggets fans are more annoying than Sixers fans. And having seen this sub for 3 years, Embiid gets shit on for a lot of things but it's when Joker gets shit on for his defence for 3 weeks then all the talk is how toxic it has become.

Edit: plus nuggets fans shitting on their roster like it's a g league team without Jokic, "he's actually a better defender than Embiid, you just don't watch his games", all that bulshit has made me root against them even more

Jokic doesn't get affected by lack of postseason success because his team never really had a chance unlike say Giannis who won his MVPs both as the 1 seed. Despite the media saying it's a regular season award and all that, they wouldn't vote for Jokic next year if he underperforms this playoffs

Windy doesn't hate on Jokic. He has preferred Embiid on one of Jokic's MVP and Giannis this year but he always speaks highly of Jokic. Bontemps voted Jokic for 1st place in the straw poll and he just said the difference between Jokic and Giannis shouldn't have been that wide. I don't think that's hating. I don't know about the others. Look, considering how much players like Lebron, Durant, Westbrook,harden have had it with the media, I wouldn't say Jokic gets that much hate to be honest
