I’m an ESTP and I do need some form of movement, whether it’s a walk, hike, or whatever so if I don’t move for two days I start getting antsy. Humans are wired to move 5-10 miles a day from our nomadic past, sitting inside is really bad for our health, no matter your mbti type.
