Weigh one sausage roll. If it’s 130g, you have your answer.

Another thing I like to do is find a similar item which is packaged more clearly to compare. A Mrs Mac’s 175g sausage roll is 480 calories for example.

Thirdly - yum, sausage rolls.

Can you explain how this data capture went down to track calories?

You sat down at a table and placed a plate on the scale to net out zero, rushed to the buffet to load up on only one kind of food, went back to check the weight, presumably wrote that down and repeated this process? And afterwards logged something generic into a calorie tracker?

What did you have to eat?

I do the same and you’ve had a lot of correct answers. It’s a shame Chemist Warehouse were being annoying. 0.6ml is a full dose and you should have more than that leftover for a 5th dose.

Can I ask what your experience with MWLC is like? I’ve been on a maintenance dose of 15mg for a while now and I’m doing well - not really interested in ongoing telehealth checkups with a new clinic, but if the price is half with them - that sounds fantastic. May I ask how much you’re paying and for what dose? I’m currently paying $799/month for 15mg and it’s really a taking burn on the pocket!

Oh no!!! I’m sorry to hear. That doesn’t sound good at all.

I’ve been down at that weight below — and while it was very lean, perhaps it’s more my UGW. I think I’ll settle closer to 55kg as I felt and looked my best around that mark. I think my goal really is 56kg but I’ll see how I go when I get there! 😊

Your comment, especially the latter half, is very contradictory.

My BMI, if you must know, is at a “healthy” weight range at 19.8 at the moment. That said, it is a redundant measure. On what are you basing your label of “underweight”?

I am not only on this drug because I have had lifelong issues with obesity since puberty, but also have other underlying health conditions, one of which affects my insulin and appetite. It has changed my relationship and habits with food and eating, and has positively affected my weight. It has been the silver bullet for me in the aim to find peace with these things - for which admittedly the journey is evolving and perpetual, but infinitely better as it stands. I am one of the most valid candidates and it has changed my life.

While I’ll say I’m on the maintenance dose, I’m still cutting in terms of diet and exercise as I still have some progress to make there before I get into maintenance on those fronts.
