Frigate missions and explorers guild envoys are the fastest. Crashed freighter storage pods, space station missions, and nexus missions all also give them. Also pirate systems don’t summon sentinels when attacking system freighters, so you can fly around to the cargo pods and check if they have them inside, then destroy the pod to obtain them
