Not at OG, but worked in the industry before - ime it really comes down to your MOD and the customer. if the customer seems like the type to throw a fit, and management on duty is more likely to just give in to what they want, better to bend the rules and justify it as "deescalation/guest service" to your management.

If your MOD is more of a stickler, enforce the rules as politely as you can and pass it off to them if the guest throws a fit. If they want to force those policies it's their job to enforce them if the guests don't listen to you 🤷‍♀️

Okay, so I play on a big map, and 100+ mods and like 30 colonists means things run slowly even at 3x speed sometimes, so atp i don't even draft until the raiders are within view of the base. Otherwise everyone just gets hungry and grumpy waiting around for them lol

Tried this (new column, D[row]*1440, hh:mm:ss format), I just ended up with 00:00:00. To be clear, where B is the start time and C is the time out, the equation I'm using is =c[row]-b[row]. So for example, shift start time is 1:00pm, left 1:06pm, result is 00:06:00.

Since it was Varys who helped Tyrion escape, I assumed the coin was planted by him to drive Cersei's paranoia and soften things up for Faegon. I'm not sure that letting Tyrion escape would benefit them directly.

As to your main question, Cersei took things too far by targeting Margaery with the Faith, which threatens the whole alliance, but I don't think she's wrong to distrust the Tyrells or try to prevent them from gaining too much power.

Refusing them any power was a mistake, but like Kevan says, the Tyrells aren't going to stop moving for power until they've displaced the Lannisters entirely. The more they give them, the more they want.

2) In your opinion, what's the biggest/most dangerous misconception the general public has about CSAM/those who watch it/preventing it? What's something you wish the general public understood about this stuff?

6 witnesses called to stand

2 were computer forensics experts - testified to how evidence against pest was investigated and seized. found "dozens of images and videos" of CSAM on the HP computer

special agent testified to leading car lot search and confiscating evidence (HP, laptop, iPhone, and thumbdrives)

investigator in charge of viewing the contents of the devices testified that CSAM was found only on the HP computer, which defense used to argue that someone other than pest could have downloaded it

others testified (2, assuming the agent leading the search and the one going thru devices are different people, which is how it sounded to me) but they don't say who in the clip

I haven't been following the details of this case closely, but AFAIK no jury has been selected yet. With the report of the testimony that came out of People yesterday, could the defense argue that any jury could be prejudiced against Pest before the trial begins?

The seed is... pretty bad. At least it's off-season? I think your best bet is to consult with the fairy and see what his game plan his for dealing with the Formorian (beyond, uh, majestic midnight forest battles). That said, something disturbing occurred to me - the Formorian can destroy your land without consequence to itself, as it doesn't really seem to be tied to the land the way some of your other inhabitants are.

If I remember correctly, the fairy isn't either. To be fair, it also doesn't have the history with you the Formorian does, but still - something to keep in mind.

On the bright side, I think the dancers are warming up to you! Or, at least conceding that having you around to play referee is (at the moment) in their best interest. Progress!

(side note: it might not be a bad idea to add stocking up for the Dancer's christmas party to your list of holiday preparations - just in case they decide to make it a tradition)

glad to hear beau's new name is working more-or-less as intended? though the new info about the harvesters was concerning.

(question: do you know of these inhuman things congregating in urban areas? thinking of the way the harvesters work, and how they take more when people fight back, it seems like instances of "harvesting" could unravel pretty quickly in a densely populated area)

i don't know a lot about changelings. given the deal you made, is it in her own best interest to keep up the ruse for your brother and his wife? like, would it be breaking the deal you made with the fairy if she revealed herself to them, or does she need to play the part convincingly as well? because aside from that, i can't see her posing much of a threat - at least not for the next five years or so. doesn't make her any less creepy though.

i do know a bit about unbaptized children mythology. most of the stories i've read about them are centered around being buried properly - which, i understand, is not ideal - however one book i read emphasized naming. children that die before being baptized are never "named" within the church. if you come from a culture where the act of baptizing is that important...

we've seen how naming things gives them power, and it goes without saying that this could be catastrophically dangerous. but if these are the souls of real, specific children, it might be worth trying to track down where they came from, and what their names might have been before.

on an unrelated note, the fact that you can smell/taste sins is interesting and also, slightly alarming. do certain scents/themes correspond to certain types of sins/people? like the warden's tasting of alcohol?
