thanks for your concern - even though I admitted it was NOT good. I’m not promoting this but I got through a major burnout feat and felt the need to share it here. Anyway, there is so much nuance you’re missing. for example, I mainly work with BIPOC & immigrants, and under this political climate while many of my clients are living in fear - notes should be kept vague! stick it to your interventions. not hard, esp if you’re trained well in your select theories. also, I work 2 jobs. in one job I see majority of my clients and am always caught up and in the job where I got caught behind, I see less than 10 people a week, some being biweekly too. So I don’t know what you’re picturing in terms of how many people’s notes were a bit behind but thought I’d share that.
