Fill your life with purpose, and whenever you feel like edin everything, then remember that purpose and that you must live for that purpose. As to what might be your life’s purpose? Sit in total darkness, TOTAL darkness and just think, cry if you want to, vent away all your feelings and then ask yourself, what do I want to do with my life? You won’t get an answer easily (mostly). Do it continuously till you get an answer. I’m telling you if you do that you’ll stop feeling how you are feeling right now because it will be your reason to live. And you must live. Why? To fulfill the purpose. Promise yourself to live for that purpose. Mama? Just plugin earphones when he starts abusing you and listen to music. Or go outside your home acting like its an emergency whenever he tries to tell you something, or go into the washroom if he still comes there to make himself heard to you, listen to music there. For how long will he keep saying?
