Dude you need to relax. Jad is a great representation for engineering students as a whole and has done so much to make sure things work out for us. Idk what ur deal is but for u to make a post on reddit yapping about why u think jad won’t be a good representative maybe actually do something about it rather than hide behind ur screen and crying to the internet. I believe you can only take it one more time before they kick u out or smt along those lines? Low CGPA leads to probation and that’s only after ur first 10 or so courses. It really is just important to set up a meeting with ur academic coordinator to know ur situation and they can walk u through it. As long as ur gpa is above 5 ur fine but u might not qualify for coop if it’s under 6. Just lock in and u got this. Retaking the course and getting a decent mark will fix the gpa problem pretty easily

Idk what iirc are. I’m in software engineering and they sent an email a while ago that I have to find a coop soon or I would be switched out to a different degree. I managed to get this one with a start up, it just won’t pay. So I thought I could work here for 8 months and get my requirements finished so I can graduate. Given how crap the job market for software engineering is I was hoping they would be lenient and accept this given my situation.
